Cases are tracked, assigned, and resolved through a structured case management workflow with full audit trail. What does CSDDD require for grievance mechanisms in supply chains?

The EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) requires companies to establish or participate in effective operational-level grievance mechanisms that allow workers and affected stakeholders to raise concerns about adverse human rights and environmental impacts.
