Labor Solutions is proud to announce Zuzana Mocilenkova has joined our team as a Principle Advisor.
Based in London, Ms. Mocilenkova will work closely with partners and multi-stakeholder initiatives to provide advisory and advocacy services to support the building of sustainable and resilient supply chains.
Ms. Mocilenkova joins Labor Solutions with over a decade of experience in advising brands as an in-house business and human rights expert. Most recently Ms. Mocilenkova was the Head of Ethical Trade and Human Rights at Stella McCartney.

Ms. Mocilenkova will leverage her experience building successful social sustainability programs focused on supply chain transparency and worker empowerment to support stakeholders and design effective programs.
For the last decade Ms. Mocilenkova has traveled extensively across sourcing countries in Europe and South-East Asia and worked directly with factories and local experts, developing remediation programs and participating in various multi-stakeholder initiatives, as well as driving organizational change internally to integrate respect for human rights in all business behavior.
Ms. Mocilenkova holds a Master’s degree in Applied Human Rights from the University of York.
