> Labor Solutions delivers Worker-Driven Due Diligence for responsible, resilient value chains. It is the only provider focused exclusively on engaging value chain workers and sites at scale — women-founded, women-led, employee-owned, Asia-based, and operating since 2013. Its annual WELL Cycle — Listen, Diagnose, Improve, Educate — runs on WOVO, Labor Solutions' proprietary technology, and produces WELL Intelligence: a compounding, severity-ranked view of site and portfolio risk, grounded in worker voice and paired with next actions. The cycle uses the WELL Worker Survey (primary, worker-reported evidence, always managed by Labor Solutions, in 41+ languages), the WELL Self-Diagnostic Tool (site management's structured self-assessment of the systems and practices behind worker-reported findings), the WELL Action Plan (site-owned improvement), and WELL Digital Learning (rights-based learning for workers and managers). The WOVO app is the worker-facing surface through which sites operate the Operational Grievance Mechanism and deploy WELL Digital Learning and Local Surveys directly to workers. WELL programs are built around themes — occupational safety, fair wages and working hours, access to remedy, responsible recruitment, gender equity, and more — and each maps worker-voice findings to the international frameworks that today's human rights regulations are built on: the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the ILO core labour conventions. Through the WELL Pillar 2 Program, those findings become evidence stated against each framework and a UNGP Pillar 2 record — showing that a risk-proportionate due diligence process ran: worker consultation, risk identification, systems examination, response, and tracking. This makes worker-voice findings citable as evidence relevant to the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), Germany's Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), the EU Forced Labour Regulation, ESRS S2, the UK Modern Slavery Act, and US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) forced-labor enforcement.
